Hello

I'm Hannah (Grae) Krodel, a neurodivergent multimedia artist, mental health counselor, and art therapist. I paint live wedding paintings, and sell original artworks and art prints. If you are interested in any of these services and/or products, please contact me via my contact information and social media icons below. Thank you!

I know reaching out can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate this alone. Through creative expression, practical tools, and compassionate, personalized support, I’m here to walk alongside you. If you’re ready to take a step toward healing, I’d be honored to connect.

I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re carrying. With a trauma-focused and strengths-based approach, I use evidence-based practices of MI, CBT, DBT, and ACT while blending narrative, existential, and art therapy techniques to offer support that meets you where you are.

I imagine my ideal client as someone who often feels overwhelmed and unsure how to navigate their inner world. They may experience intense emotions, difficulty connecting with others, or a sense of disconnection from who they want to be. Confidence, identity, or certain patterns they fall into may feel unpredictable at times, and their sense of belonging or direction might feel unclear. They may also be exploring questions related to diversity, women’s experiences, LGBTQ+ identity, spirituality, or using substances to cope. What they want most is a supportive space to slow down, understand themselves more fully, feel accepted as they are, and move toward a life that feels steadier, more authentic, and meaningful.

She was absolutely fantastic! She gave us sketches ahead of the wedding day to make sure she was incorporating what we wanted. If you look closely at the chandelier in our painting, you'll see a deer head with antlers to represent my dad looking over us. She was patient and gracious during the craziness of planning. She was also very understanding when we had to change things the week before the wedding!!!
